ECCO Creative – Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To start a return, email us at hello@eccocreative.com.

 

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Final approved and printed items

  • Sale items and gift cards

Final approval is always requested before production. Once approval is given and payment is made, personalised items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for non-personalised items, subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Items must be returned within 30 days in unused condition.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method

  • Card payments: Up to 7 business days

  • PayPal: Up to 30 days

ECCO Creative – Digital Design Services Policy

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure time in our schedule.
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of project progress or status.

Scope of Work
The project scope—including objectives, deliverables, and timelines—will be agreed upon and documented before any work is scheduled.
By paying the deposit, the client agrees to these terms.

​

Client Revisions
Revisions are allowed within the agreed scope. If the client remains unsatisfied, the project may be cancelled, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

​

Final Payment
The remaining 50% is due upon final design approval.
Once the final payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

​

Termination of Agreement
Clients may cancel the project at any stage. However:

  • The deposit remains non-refundable

  • Any additional work completed beyond the deposit will be invoiced

​

Project Abandonment
If there is no client communication for 3 months or more, the project will be considered abandoned.
In this case, the deposit is retained, and resuming the project will require a new agreement and payment.

​

Delivery of Work
If a project is terminated, all completed work will be provided in its current state once all outstanding fees are paid.

​
